PROJECT DESCRIPTION
About
The Ellensburg Police Station Remodel involves repurposing space previously occupied by the then Ellensburg Fire Department, and upgrading/updating physical spaces for our public safety team.
The project features the addition of 19,000 total sq ft of usable space including office space, indoor firing range, evidence holding, and interview rooms.
Construction Milestone Timeline
Bid opening: March 5, 2019
Notice to proceed: April 8, 2019
Substantial completion of Phase 1: January 2020
Substantial completion of Phase 2: June 2020
Full occupancy: July 2020
Project Updates
As of September, 2019, insulation, wiring, plumbing, flooring and framing of the interior walls is occurring. Outside the building, roofing is complete, and the entryway facade is taking shape.
